Every mix is different and has his own challenges and personality . Therefore every mix needs its own approach to make the song as strong as possible. Mixing is the most important artistic step in the production process.
We are dedicated to work on your mixes with a wide range of musical and technical experience and make them sound as good as they possibly can. We look forward to work on your mixes.
HOW IT WORKS
We start with putting all the tracks in the DAW, organise and colour code them and setting up the busses. Then the real work begins: balancing, panning, adding eq’s, compressor’s and bringing in all kinds off other plug ins that are necessary to create THE sound for the track. Furthermore side-chaining and automation will be applied when applicable. These are the basics, a lot more will be done to bring your mix up to industry standard and quality.
HOW LONG IT TAKES
We usually return mixes within 2-3 days, but during particularly busy periods please allow us 6-7 days.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Please send us a bounced WAV file – 24 bitrate and 44.1 sample rate from every track you recorded from beginning to end. In Other Words: all the tracks should have the same length. Make sure nothing is (digitally) clipped.
If you have special effects on certain tracks that need to stay on then bounce the tracks with it. Otherwise please remove any other plugins like limiters, dithering and stereo enhancement.
We recommend sending over the audio in WAV format – 24 bitrate and 44.1 sample rate if possible. The minimum we recommend is a WAV or AIF file – 16 bitrate and 44.1 sample rate.
